The location was unbeatable - right by the center as well as shoppings. A few times I ate at Elefanta Indian Cuisine, located relatively close to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and great, had a wide range of options and the food was exceptional.

what we liked the most was the international food restaurant, in general the food is delicious and options are very varied, in addition the daily cleaning of the room is impeccable! on the other hand, in other hotels they charge the consumption of the products of the room's refrigerator, in this not, with daily replacement of water, sodas and snaks without additional cost. In the room we found things that we thought were very good like a scale, clothes iron and hair dryer of very good quality, ironing table. We found the room's facilities, whirlpool bath and view of the balcony great.

I think there is room for improvement in cleaning common areas such as the elevators and hallways into the rooms. Being a hotel that offers concerts, there are a lot of young people, a lot of noise and some mess in the common areas. People who are NOT staying at the hotel pay for the concert tickets, so this gives a little bit of a sense of lack of privacy and tranquility. If you are a traveler who prefers silence and quiet in the common areas or a more tranquil environment, this would not be the best option.

Spotlessly clean bathroom in the immaculately clean and absolutely fabulous room. Nice and top location a 10-15 minute walking distance from arte Garden. A wide array of food options at walking distance from the venue.

In our case we had a room upgrade at no cost and that added up to many points :) as we got a renovated room with very nice details on the 14th floor with an incredible view of the sea. It's worth much more to ask for room service than to eat downstairs, we ordered breakfast and it was delicious :). In the room they have a menu with the room service options that are included, they only charge you 5 dollars for the service (be careful, you can order everything you want from that menu at once and you only pay 5 dollars for everything, it's not per plate or per drink). beach area they have is very nice. attention of the receptionist Carlos and beautiful boy Jose.

I think the hotel is overrated, it needs a lot of maintenance in the area of common areas such as the pools for example, where the water looked dirty and formed a kind of foam on the edges. There is very little variety of food and it is of low quality. As well as the drinks and cocktails which are very badly prepared, in the pool area very badly attended to, as there is only 1 bar inside the big pool to serve everyone there, where there was only 1 bartender. In general it is not to highlight the attention of the waiters, bartenders.

The place itself is beautiful, the infrastructure, the design, the beautiful rooms. The best thing about the hotel is the attention of Alan Moreno, he was our butler during our stay and he took care of us all the time, he changed our room, we made him a special request for a room decoration and he took care of everything, without words, a 10 his attention. Always sending messages to see what we are at ease, everything we raised it solved.

You can see that they are overloaded, attention is slow, in the restaurants and at the pool bar, they do not have much variety, food is not good, at breakfast the fruit is inedible. we arrived in the room the hot water was not running, at night we could not sleep because of the noise that the wind made since the window was badly sealed, one night next to the bed also dawned all wet the floor we do not know where the water came from, balcony always flooded with water, next day they changed us to another room, problem of wind and hot water was solved but the flooding of the balcony continued. One day, my partner was taken out of a restaurant because he was wearing a sleeveless t-shirt when he didn't have a dress code, I myself was in a muscular position.

The staff was absolutely courteous and the best, they showed us what friendly service is supposed to be like. The room itself was magnificent and beautiful with a hot tub and jacuzzi on the balcony, just like advertised. The location was stunning and top, close to a bus stop. A cool bonus was the nearby Amorino, which offered tea and coffee.

The hotel is very nice, all the areas are very clean, they gave us a beautiful room and much better (better view, higher floor, bathtub etc) as ours was not ready. The food at the hotel is very good and there is variety! I still like that they solved my complaint about the lack of waiters in the pool area.

I didn't like that on our arrival at 4. 30pm literally the 2 pool bars were closed, we were starving and there was nowhere to eat. In theory the hotel is only for adults and I still don't understand why there were children during my stay. Another thing that bothers me is that it rained and weather was half dark and it turns out that once again all the bars and food trucks around the pool were CLOSED. It wasn't even raining anymore! there were about 100 people in the pool and in order to have a drink we had to get dressed and go to the bar of the Mexican restaurant for a drink, I complained to the manager in the lobby and they resolved it quickly and sent waiters to the pool. great, Only I would recommend that you don't expect guests to complain! you should have better service and take precautions in any situation,

room I chose, I loved the view of the sunset. I liked the attention of the room cleaning staff and beach area.

It took a while to bring the drinks, reception at the hotel was late (they should put more people to receive guests). During the check out there was only one person and we had to queue up. I didn't like that the hotel has "all inclusive" but when you order drinks you have a restriction in which you can't order all the drinks and they charge you for raising your category bracelet. I was told that some rooms have included the bracelet with more drinks, if I had known, I would have hired another room just for that, they should mention that the "all inclusive" has those restrictions, because it is not really all inclusive. I didn't like that the air conditioning wasn't cooling well, we called personnel to fix it and mayor arrived and couldn't fix anything (it just cooled a little more), to this, step that his radio fell between the walls and radio was heard, they had to bring a supervisor to see if they could open the wall, to which I had to stay additional time in the room because of the failure, in which they worked and fixed that, I couldn't attend the bar, I arrived to the bar they didn't want to serve me drinks because they were going to close (it was 12 o'clock:30 am, as they close at 1 am). I don't know if I should give myself another chance to stay at the hotel, for me it doesn't fall into the 5 star category.

    -Good food. -Beautiful hotel.

-Expensive extra charge for bali beds. No shade at the beach or poolside unless you pay. This after you already paid the all-inclusive rate! We were traveling with a baby so this was a big deal (need shade). -At times terrible service, which should be unheard of in a hotel of this class. -Extra "tip" charge at checkout, even though all bills clearly stated "tip not included" throughout the stay.
